We have recently discovered (on or around 14/07/2022) that there are some unknown third parties who has forged, falsified and/or imitated our office letterhead and our director’s signatory.
We have made a police report and a press conference was held, a copy of the relevant press reporting and publication can be seen as attached.
TAKE NOTICE that TYKB Engineering Sdn. Bhd. and/or any of its affiliates and/or its subsidiaries shall NOT be made liable to any victim(s)/party(s) whatsoever arising from the forging, falsification and/or imitation of our letterhead and/or our director’s signatory.
